The drink embodies what we strive to achieve at Rosetta Hall: using what's local and minimizing waste. The Saturn is our take on a tiki classic, using a local amaretto instead of traditional orgeat, an herb liqueur made in-house with herbs from our rooftop garden, and a syrup made from pineapple scraps.
