Late Summer Serenity

Lauren fermented some fantastic cantaloups from one of our favorite local producers, Serenity Farms. The melons were juiced and fermented with piloncillo. Late Summer Serenity features Mijenta Blanco, ginger, cardamon, cinnamon, and a fig leaf syrup.
