A 3-vintage vertical pack, consisting of Pinot Noir from 2015, 2016, and 2017. Our 2015 Pinot Noir Encore is bold and complex, and the tannins from new oak barrels are softer now, but still notable. Our 2016 Pinot Noir Encore is a bold and fruity wine, which pairs with steak, pizza, and a wide variety of foods, including those with a hint of fruit. Our 2017 Pinot Noir Encore is a little brighter and somewhat lighter in body than the 2015 and 2016, with well-balanced acids, and very drinkable.
