The Pacamara Collaborative is a signature lot produced by a coalition of farmers in the Gold Mountain Coffee Growers network, situated in Nicaragua’s Jinotega region. Pacamara is a varietal developed from crossing Pacas and Maragogipe: it yields very large, distinctive beans and tends to have lower yields compared to more common coffee varietals. Despite the lower yield, this group of farmers comes together to combine their Pacamara harvest, enabling the production of a microlot with traceable origin and consistently high cup quality.
Coffeewomple is part of Zero Foodprint's 2025 Holiday Gift Guide, and is contributing a portion from the sale of every Pacamara Collaborative to ZFP from Nov 17 - Dec 31.
