More than 175 amazing restaurants from around the world are going carbon free for Earth Day.

Last year 100+ restaurants helped cancel out the emissions from burning 20,000 gallons of gasoline. This year, we want to go even bigger. With your help, we're aiming to establish the category of Carbon Neutral Dining, both on Earth Day and every day!

To participate, all you have to do is pledge $1 to ZeroFoodprint for each diner you serve on Earth Day, Sunday, April 22. (Dark on Sunday's? Saturday, April 21st works just as well.) Your donation will offset your restaurant’s carbon emissions for the day, and support our efforts to help the food community understand and reduce their climate impact. Plus, this year, there's an added incentive.  A generous donor has agreed to fund ZeroFoodprint assessments for 10 Earth Day participants. If you've been thinking about signing up with ZeroFoodprint, now could be your chance. (And, obviously, you’ll also be doing something great for the planet.) If you’re interested in joining us this year, you'll be in good company. Like them, you’ll be harnessing the power of food to take a stand against climate change.

*These restaurants are already carbon neutral every day. ZeroFoodprint uses a science-based assessment to measure a restaurant's carbon emissions, help them reduce their impact, and offer high-quality offsets for any remaining emissions.
